Fair Deal made a brilliant entry into the sport. The charming stallion won the Moritzburg Riding Horse Championships with Linda Casper/GER from the Saxon State Stud (canter 9.0, trot, rideability and conformation 8.5, walk 8.0) and shortly afterwards took bronze at the Oldenburg Regional Championships for three-year-old stallions in Rastede. He passed his stallion performance test in Schlieckau with high scores for his paces (9.0 for trot and canter) and rideability (9.25 from the test rider) and was well-placed amongst a strong field of candidates with a final score of 8.52 for dressage. Fair Deal is a figurehead of the Oldenburg’s sport promotion program and bears the sport name suffix OLD as a sign.

We are eagerly awaiting Fair Deal’s first crop of foals.

His sire Franklin began his career as KWPN Champion Stallion, winner of his stallion performance test in the Netherlands and finalist at the World Championships for young dressage horses. Since then, he has been successful in international Small Tour competitions. For his hereditary performance, he was named elite stallion in Denmark in 2021. Amongst his numerous licensed stallions, the Reserve Champions Franklin’s Love PS, Kadans and Feinsten, the winner of the Ravn's Trophy, Slangerupgaard’s Flottenheimer, and our stallions Straight Horse Finest Hour and Franzé, who were licensed in Denmark, stand out. His offspring who are successful in sport are led by Fendi/Sönke Rothenberger/GER, placed in St. Georges dressage competitions, Francis Drake OLD/Leonie Richter/GER, placed eighth at the World Championships for young dressage horses, Elektra di Fonte Abeti/Frederico Migue Mexia de Almeida/POR, Hanoverian Vice Champion, Franklin Hit/Michael Eilberg/GBR, British Vice Champion and Mambeau B/Antonio Verdejo Pérez/ESP, bronze medallist at the Championships for young dressage horses in Spain.
